The most common reason for this situation is that you're running a modern web browser! Flash is an out of date technology that modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge etc) either no longer support Flash at all, or if they do, it's disabled by default. Why aren't Flash or Java detected when I know that I have installed them? "I know that I have installed the Flash and/or Java plugins, but the detection pages ( Java detection, Flash detection) it say that they're not installed.
